Biography of i3tesam Group

The Iîtissam musical group was created in 1985 to animate Islamic weddings by singing religious chants as it is required by the Islamic tradition. Then, the group’s concerns are about theatre that deals with Islamic issues. The group could make an international notability.

Works:
The group includes 12 members; they produced more than twelve music albums and 15 Islamic pieces of theatre. Furthermore, they animated several festivities around different countries in the world: England, Swaziland, France, Germany, etc…The group is currently preparing a musical album about Intifada. The albums of this group are the following: Siraj Al Aqsa (75000 sold Cds), Hasbi Rabi which was realized in cooperation with the Jordanian singer Ayman Al Halaq, Ouchaq Al Aqsa, Abna’ouna fi khatar in cooperation with Nour group.

The group leader is the singer Kifah Zriqi (married and born in Kafar Kana on the 25th of June in 1974), He got the PHD from Hayfa University in social sciences. He studied then music in Nasera to join at last the Iîtissam group (He contributed to the majority of works of that latter).
